Northern Marsh Orchids

The wild orchids ( Northern Marsh Orchid, Dactylorhiza purpurella) that we have on site are now in full flower. A survey to map these is taking place next week which will better enable us to programme our long rough management so as not to disturb the orchids either though mowing or herbicide applications.
